This blog contains a brief set of relevant information and background facts pertinent to the topic of Cosmology, and therefore to the readings of Unit 1 – The Universe. It was put together by the students of sections 3, 11 & 19 of the course ID1-113 of Universidad Simon Bolivar, with the aim to provide a reference source and complementary material for an easier approach and better understanding of the readings contained on this unit of the course's Reading Selections.

There is something very special—even magical— when we team up to make a group project and put our individual resources and efforts together. And when we finish the task, the resulting product is richer and more creative than that of individual work. Collaborative learning indeed allows us to learn from one another and it´s time saving too.
